All the credit of King Khan's stardom even at the age of 48 goes to his excellent Acting and fabulous physique. In his every film he is as young and energetic as a 25 year old boy. For fitness, everyday he does cardio exercise for one hour which includes cycling, aerobics and jogging. He does 100 push ups and 60 pull ups daily. He runs 15 kms. in an hour on the trade-mill and also sometime plays football. He usually stays away from bread, rice and fried food. He even has only home made food on the shoot also and drinks 4-5 litres of water every day.
Breakfast: Protein Shake, Eggs, Skimmed Milk
Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Chapati and Bean Sprouts while shooting.
Dinner: Fish, Lean Meat, Tandoori Roti/Naan.
