Include These Food Items In Your Diet To Improve Memory

Forgetfulness is a common problem among all of us. If you are also one who forgets every small thing, then including the following items in your diet can be beneficial for you.

·         Tomato – It contains antioxidants. Take it as salad daily in your diet and it will help sharpen your memory.

·         Raisins – The Vitamin C present in raising helps keep mind fresh. Eating 10-15 raising soaked overnight in the morning increase blood in the body and makes heart strong.

·         Pumpkin Seeds – It contains zinc which improves mental health and strengthens memory.

·         Olive Oil – You can use it to cook food. Apart from this, instead of applying deshi ghee on chapattis, olive oil can also be applied. It strengthens brain.
